Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out client forms. If you are running over 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.
To respect our technicians’ time and yours, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice so they have a chance to fill the appointment time slot.
Failure to show up for your appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the service applied to your account. You will be asked to provide your credit card information to reserve all future appointments.
Please inform us of any allergies of sensitivities you might have.
We don’t wax anyone using Retin-A, Differin or Accutane. Please inform us of any other medications or illnesses that may cause sensitivity to waxing.
Please be respectful of the other guests, as this is a small salon. Please mute cell phones or place on vibrate.
Group events (3 or more) will require a 50% deposit to book services. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for groups, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
Children under 12 years old are to stay at home unless they are receiving a service. Our space is small and we do not want to take away from our other clients’ experience.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of the service. While gratuity is not required, it is greatly appreciated.
Travel fee is complimentary within New Hanover County. Automatic $50 travel fee outside of New Hanover County and an additional $50 per 30 minutes traveled.
A non-refundable deposit is required.
Dates are guaranteed only with signed contract and deposit.
Early morning fee (before 8 a.m.) is an additional $50/artist.
